These Terms govern your use of the Navoq website and Navoq - Language Learning mobile app.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the Navoq website or using the Navoq - Language Learning app, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms shown in the app or app store listing. If you do not agree, do not use Navoq.

2. About Navoq

Navoq provides language learning content, speaking practice, vocabulary exercises, pronunciation support, listening practice and conversation prompts for languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian and more. Navoq is educational software and does not guarantee fluency, exam results, immigration outcomes, employment results or translation accuracy in every situation.

3. App store terms

If you download Navoq through the Apple App Store or another app marketplace, that marketplace’s terms, payment rules and refund policies may also apply. For iOS downloads, Apple’s standard end user licence terms may apply where no custom EULA is provided.

4. Accounts and access

Some features may require an account, email address, subscription, in-app purchase or device permission such as microphone access. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

5. Subscriptions, paid features and refunds

Navoq may offer free features, paid features, subscriptions, trials or one-time purchases. Prices, renewal rules and cancellation options will be shown before purchase. App store purchases and refunds are usually managed by the relevant app marketplace.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Navoq, attempt to disrupt the service or bypass security controls.
Do not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute Navoq content except where expressly allowed.
Do not upload or submit unlawful, abusive, harmful, infringing or misleading content.
Do not use Navoq to create or distribute spam, malware or harmful automated activity.

7. Educational content and AI features

Language suggestions, AI responses, pronunciation feedback and translations may be imperfect. You should use your own judgment, especially for medical, legal, financial, emergency, immigration or high-stakes communication.

8. Intellectual property

Navoq, its design, software, lessons, text, audio prompts, branding and related materials are owned by Navoq or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Navoq for personal language learning in accordance with these Terms.

9. User content and feedback

If you send feedback, suggestions, support requests, text, speech or other content to Navoq, you grant us the rights needed to operate, improve and support the app. You retain rights you already have in your own content.

10. Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of Navoq at any time. We may update language lessons, supported languages, AI features, pricing, platform availability and content without notice.

11. Disclaimers

Navoq is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navoq will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill or business opportunities arising from your use of the app or website.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service or create risk for Navoq or other users. You may stop using Navoq at any time and manage subscriptions through the relevant app marketplace.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert governing jurisdiction], unless local consumer law requires otherwise. Replace this placeholder before publishing.
